Online CBT sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £80.

Due to the demand for appointments, I require a minimum of 24 hours-notice for cancellations. Missed appointments and sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur full session fees. 

 

Concessionary Rate

 

I understand that seeking support from a private therapist can be expensive, and that finances can be a barrier to accessing the right support. I therefore provide a limited number of therapy slots per week for students and people on low incomes or who are unemployed. Please contact me so we can discuss further.
